Monday's Ministry - Pray for Your Friends
Do you know any kids who aren't Christians yet? You can help them out by praying for them.
Here are some things to pray about:
Ask God to open up their mind to understand the salvation of Jesus.
2 Corinthians 4:4 - Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.
Ask God to give your friend faith to believe and accept Jesus.
Acts 20:21 - I have had one message for Jews and Greeks alike - the necessity of repenting from sin and turning to God, and of having faith in our Lord Jesus.
Ask God to send people into your friend's life to witness to him or her.
Matthew 9:38 - So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
Ask God for opportunities for you to witness to your friend.
Colossians 4:3 - Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about his mysterious plan concerning Christ. That is why I am here in chains.
Who are you praying for - to become a Christian?
